Hi namaste, i have severe pain in both nipples while feeding.i used nip care , nipple shield, coconut oil but no use.horrible pain,I don't know how to express.please help me

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. do consult with your gynecologist in person.. Apply warm compresses to the swollen area 3 to 4 times a day for 10-15 minutes.
and do breast massage or compression during feedings.
