Hi my wife is 26 week pregnant and she has Pregnancy Induced Hypertension. Can anyone guide me can she takes nimbu pani as I have read about its benifits in lowering the BP.

she can have nimbu pani but thats not the only thing
she should eat variety of vegetables, fresh fruits, hydrate herself well
avoid adding top salt lile in salads
seek a plan from a qualified dietitian would be preferred
