Hi, my son will be 4month on 26th. His weight is just 5 kgs and birth weight was 2.6kg. people says he is very week and thin. what to do?

A. Hello generally babies double their birth weight gain between 4-6 months and triple the weight by their first birthday. Boys generally gain more weight than girls and boys are heavier at birth.... regularly and timely breastfeeding or formula feedingbis very important and never miss a feed for ur baby...
