Hi, My son seems like twisted his thumb finger in right leg. No swelling and no pain, but he feels pain when he tries to stand. Could not walk. Pediatrician gave Ibugesic Plus. Please let us know do we need to make any X-ray. He is very active and playfull. Could not see him like that. Please let us for further suggestions. Thanks and Regards, Deepak

they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not take medicines not prescribed by the doctor under the influence of friends and well wishers
take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification
you can continue to give the painkiller
