hi my son mohith is 3 month 26 days old,he suffered from viral fever on Feb 23 2023 we admitted him in hospital and they have taken blood culture,urine culture everything negative fever has gone we discharge by 26th of Feb ,now from March 14 midnight 2 o clock he has fever of 100 degrees ,im very stressed and feeling very scared, please tell me why he having repeated fever.(I have 1 daughter she is 4 yrs going to school she got cough from 2 days before,it can cause fever to my son? also I have given paracetamol may I wait for 1 day to visit doctor or take him to hospital by today ?
