Hi, my son just fell down while playing with ball in floor. His front upper and lower teeth is half broken , little blood came out but i washed with water and by God's grace blood stopped coming out. I am worried, should I take him to doctor and when i expect new fresh teeth to come out ?? as his look has changed which effects his smile now.
