A. hello dear parent it is best to visit a dentist once as he or she will do an x-ray to check whether any part of decidous or milk teeth is left inside or not and is there any trauma to permanent teeth

A. Thankyou, Madam. We went for xray and found that teeth didn't break but it is moved up. Dentist suggested that press the gum gently and it will come out and also be cautious that baby do not fall
