Hi my son is very hyper and shouts a lot. he does not eat his food of his own. we as a parents have to feed him . what should I do and suggest some remedy

A. Hello mom as the child is quite old enough he should be eatibg on his own and also as he is shouting a lot , actually without proper diagnosis it is difficult to know what exactly the issue would be so take him to a behavioural therpaist
