Hi, My son is too much addicted to phone and TV, and he has become very moody in case of studies...someday he studies well and perform good in online class and someday he doesn't. He has become too talkative. This all is happening after the school closed for the covid . please suggest how to get these things work

A. in this case I would suggest you to engage yourself with your child as this is the only way to get rid of this habit so take care and all the best

A. good morning there are many issues being faced by parents because of the lock down and the covid-19 phase and become normal it will become like before as of now try to engage your child in different activities you can purchase different kits from the market
