Phone Is absolutely a no no you cannot give a mobile to the child tab or laptop or whatever but TV is still okay you can show a little bit of television to the child at this age child does not learn anything you know I don’t force your child to learn anything little bit you can show the pictures when your child is watching television that this is this animal this is Dairy this is planned that’s what you can teach as of now
