Q.

Hi, My son is suffering from enlarged adenoid and doctor suggested for a surgery. Will there be any side effects with the laser surgery. Also give any tips for his sleep in the night his two nostrils blocked due to which he is taking breath from mouth and so throat is getting dry and coughing. Please suggest.
