hi my son is now 3.10 year old today early morning he has been done yellow vomiting light fever was there but now fever has been reduce ...is it nothing to worry plz suggest

A. hi, your babys fever is subside , but still, keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. And give paracetamol drops / syp in proper dose. Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately. give plebty of fluids.
