hi, my son is going to become 2month old. I had c section delivery. today by mistake I had coconut milk rice. many telling we shouldn't eat coconut or coconut products for boy baby. I'm worried lot.

A. Dear mum, that is a myth. You can have all types of healthy foods. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby digestion or cause gas to baby.
