Q.

hi my son is around 3 years he always complaint about having pain in his feets and lower legs mostly in evening or night we have to apply some balm or ointment and massage his legs even though sometimes it's also did not give him relief........

A. It's called growing pain, and it is very common in toddlers who are active, nothing to worry about it, keep your kid well hydrated ,encourage the child to take more water during his or her play time, You can give relief by doing massage legs with mustard oil . You an give syp Ostocalcium b 12 . If the problem remains throughout the day n affects his or her daily activities, consult a pediatrician to evaluate hb level, vit d levels.. Etc. For proper evaluation n treatment.
