Q.

Hi my son is 7 months old. I'm giving him rice and dal porridge 1/2 cup twice a day and curd rice once a day(he is not able to have more than this quantity). Breakfast he eats 1/4 th cup. I give him one fruit banana or sapota equivalent to two spoons after mashing. He drinks formula milk 3*90ml in day and 3*90 ml during night. He gets very hungry and does not calm down and sleep till he has his milk. Is he having too much formula. Please suggest.

A. good morning it is good that the child is consuming milk but I would recommend you try to gradually introduce more of variety and quantity of semi solid food to the child along with milk
