Q.

Hi. My son is 6 months old. fully dependent on breast feed. recently I started nestum rice as suggested by the doctor. how much water can be given to the baby. can you please suggest us. Thanks and Regards

A. Initially baby don’t need much water as breast feed also contain water and bedrum is also prepared in water only so start Ruth few sips of water a couple of times in a day

A. hello ypu maje sure to give baby water after every solids and you can give few spoon of water after every meals and in total around 75 ml of water per day should be good and make sure to keep baby well hydrated which should be better and also safe too
