Hi ! My son is 5 years old and will turn 6 soon this month. His teeth are erupting at the back of milk teeth! Will the permanent teeth adjust themselves naturally or should I go for extraction of the milk teeth?

you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for early removal of the milk teeth.
otherwise it will cause malalignment of the erupting permanent teeth.
milk teeth will not fall on it's own.

you need to visit your dentist for once.
please give Healthy calcium rich food like Ragi , nuts, dairy products etc more to your child.
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner and sanitizer.
