Q.

my son is 6yr and 7m old.His permanent teeth is erupting back of his milk teeth. what should I do

A. Immediately you should consult a dentist they are going to extract the milk teeth so that the permanent it takes its place otherwise it is going to be a problem because they’re going to come back words and the entire structure is going to be distorted then you’ll have to go for braces in the long run and anyways you’ll have to get the mix track it otherwise there will be no place for permanent teeth
