Q.

Hi, my son is 4yr 10m old and his penis foreskin is not opening and his pee direction has become little bit upside earlier it was ok . Bt he doesn't have any bleeding or any kind of discharge. so, do you think I should be worry abt it?

A. A tight foreskin is normal in babies and young boys. Most boys' foreskins do not pull back (retract) before the age of 5, but sometimes it's not possible until they're 10 or older. The end of a boy's penis may bulge or balloon when they pee, particularly if their foreskin is tight.
