Q.

hi. my son is 4 year old. he is very much fussy in eating. he does not eat roti at all. one parantha in school. its very difficult to make him eat anything at home. he is having maggie almost every alternate day.

A. dear mum, u shud not give any sort of processed and packaged foods. many kids are fussy eaters at this age, u have to be patient and keep trying. u can try to give roti n parantha stuffed with veg. u can give paneer parantha, veg parantha.
