Hi my son is 4 months old he is doing potty 6 to 7 times daily mostly just after motherfeed people are suggesting me to give him saunf ka pani (fennel seed water ) pls suggest me should I give him .???

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. no nothing to be given ti baby it is ok for baby. It looks normal for the baby . No need to worry as it may happen in normal baby and not related to any ab normality . There is no need of any medication regarding this . For further qeury you can consult a doctor near by for examination of baby .

If You are giving formula feeding to the child then you can add it to the water when you boil it otherwise if somebody is advising you to give it along with breastfeeding then you should not give it because it’s not recommended to give any kind of water to the child that breastfeeding
