Hi , my son is 4 months old ,from last month he is facing gas problem due to that heis not doing motion properly..when motion is coming he is suffering from stomach pain due to that he is continuosly crying ..can you help me how to handle the situation what is the next procedure?

Start home based cereals based pulses enriched energy dens food in between fruit and vegetables, begin with mashed ripped banana one sitting continue for 2 to 3 days, if baby digested it well then introduce another new food like apple puree, over cooked rice, khichri in morning and switch banana in evening.
Gradually baby will be on 3 to 4 semisolid diet in a day.
