This could be due to the constipation give plenty of oral liquids to your baby avoid maida products like biscuits.give fibre rich contain diet like green leafy vegetables ,carrots ,beans etc.

This is constipation
eating maida food or rice can sometimes leads to constipation.
To get relief give more quantity of water in a day,Try adding fiber food and fruits in the diet like papaya pear spinach carrot etc
