Q.
Hi, my son is 4 months old and I have been giving him formula + breastmilk ever since. however, my breastmilk production has gone down from 125ml to 20ml in last 15 days.....i don't know why n how....please help me increase it. I am really concerned.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. you can increase milk by taking lactation supplements as lactare or mother sparsh vardaan or Shavatri powder..
take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic oats ragi Dalia sabudana..
to increase milk..
