Hi, My son is 4.4 years and his weight is 15kg right now. Should I get worried about it and if yes what are the solutions?. We are complete vegetarian.

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Ideal weight of a 4.4 years old boy should be between 15.5 to 16 kgs depending on eating habits and physical activities. Your child's weight is fine and there is no need to be concerned. Just keep feeding him fresh, home cooked meal with ample amount of fluid intake in the form of water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water.
