hi my son is 4.10 yrs old since morning he is telling me he I tired and doesn't want to eat anything he is feeling pukish I gave him lanzol tablets thinking he mite have gastric now he is sleeping coz he says he wants to just sleep and not eat anything what should I do to help him

A. Hello mom observe him for next 12 to 24 hours now , also his motions. Output as well too. He should be now be forced to eat if he wants to rest let him . Though make sure he is given fluids in various forms to keep him hydrated such as coconut water , lemon juice , Buttermilk , fresh fruit juice , vegetable soups etc
