Hi, My son is 3years 4 months old, his weight is 11kg ,height is 89CM. Everyone around me are saying that he is too short and not growing as he should . He is very thin by look wise but very active Kid. Can you please suggest some suggestions on this? Should I take him to doctor?

A. hi mom you can show him to doctor to see his advise for any vitamin supplements for food please give good protiens dals eggs chk paneer curds soya tofu
