Hi...my son is 3 yrs old,he speaks if he need something or when he has to do something...when we ask him to repeat he does and he doesn't ... depending on mood... when should he talk clearly and suggest tips to improve his speech

A. if the child is three years old and the child is not interacting properly so it is better to consult your doctor at once for a proper assessment of your child do not ignore this
