Hi ! My son is 3 months old sometime after feed and burp he sticks his tongue out but doesn’t root not sure if he’s hungry do I need feed him after burping? And also nowadays he salivates a lot...

No Once the feeders over you should be waiting till the next time your child does not demand for feed you should not be feeding the child if your child’s tongue is out that’s not a sign for hunger and if your child is drooling quite a lot that is also common sometimes when kids are having their teeth they can drool quite a lot
