Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. if the child is sleeping under observation on the tummy it's fine but before proper neck control if the child is sleeping on the tummy and by chance the child rotates the neck and is not able to lift the neck again then the child might have major blockage and difficulty in breathing
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Kids actually after the age of three months they sleep on their tummy because it’s a very comfortable position and they can roll over but if the child is going to constantly sleep on tummy and the head is going to be one side suppose the left is down on the bed so that is going to become flat so you have to keep changing the position position of the head even if the child is sleeping on tummy that is not a problem for sleeping on the same position with the head down would be a problem
