hi my son is 3.5 months old and he hasn't started reaching out for things. neither is he able to turn over completely without help. is there anything to be concerned about? p.s he will hold my fingers,hand or rattles if handed to him but reach out to grab them on his own

A. that's fine and this is social smile should be present so if that is present no need to worry otherwise you can take a visit with your pediatrician to SS the growth milestones of the child
