Hi, my son is 2yrs 2 months old. His skin on his tummy, underarms, neck and forehead becomes hot. Especially if in hot climate. Can I use a calamine lotion over his skin to cool it. If yes please suggest one(he has dry skin).

A. no calamine lotion useless do cold sponging. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
