Q.

Hi My son is 2 months old and he is exclusively on breast feeding. Since 2 days he is vomiting mucus like white jelly liquid once a day. He is not going for potty since 3 days. Am very much worried about his mucus vomiting.

A. sometimes due to temperature variations as well as environmental changes this can occur in children and you have to do regular burping for 15 to 20 minutes and give antiemetics after medical consultation. if the weight and growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any nutritional supplements

A. Am not giving him any other supplements. He is exclusively on breast feeding. Is it any problem with acute gastritis ?

A. your child might be suffering from acute gastritis for which antacids along with antiemetics will be required and kindly give only breastfeeding to the child and stop all the supplements if going on
