Jasna JasiGuardian of a 2 m old girl3 days agoA. Newborn (0–1 month): usually 2–5 times a day
Around 2 months: some babies may stool once every 2–3 days, or even once a week
Breast milk is very well absorbed, so stools can be less frequent and softer
✅ Signs of normal stooling
Baby is feeding well
Gaining weight normally
Stools are soft when they do pass
Baby is active, alert, not in pain
If all these are true, 2 days without stool is usually fine.

Mere a child does not poop a number of days in this age so don’t worry about it it’s a common situation for them to suffer with constipation as kids are exclusively on liquid diet so a lot of times they don’t but if they’re comfortable then there is no problem
