My baby hasn’t passed the stool from last 2 days and he is on exclusively breast feeding

A. Newborn (0–1 month): usually 2–5 times a day Around 2 months: some babies may stool once every 2–3 days, or even once a week Breast milk is very well absorbed, so stools can be less frequent and softer ✅ Signs of normal stooling Baby is feeding well Gaining weight normally Stools are soft when they do pass Baby is active, alert, not in pain If all these are true, 2 days without stool is usually fine.

A. Mere a child does not poop a number of days in this age so don’t worry about it it’s a common situation for them to suffer with constipation as kids are exclusively on liquid diet so a lot of times they don’t but if they’re comfortable then there is no problem
