hi my son is 1year 11 months old,but still he don't speak and listen when we call his name but is hears to the door bell sound,he identify all the alphabet from a -z ,numbers from 1-10 ,he tells colors name,shapes name but he don't call mom or dad how to deal with this issue do i need to consult a doctor

A. neurological evaluation of the baby is required for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
