Q.

Hi ,, My son is 1m6days old , he had neonatal jaundice after 3days of birth wt bilirubin level 18mg/dl kept in phototherapy for 24hrs later report came wt 10.9mg..Now he passes stool in yellowish seed type..is this normal?? do he still have jaundice ?? pls suggest

A. normal stool for the child's age. variations may occur with milk intake. if growth and weight are normal, no concern. consult a doctor if you notice anything funusual; they can advise on the need for a stool test.
