Hi my son is 18 kg and will turn 6 in june. Is he appropiate for his age?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes 18 kg os good weight.. do not worry. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, junk food.
