#asktheexpert I would like to know the breatfeeding duration for a baby. I mean till which age is it compulsory for breastfeeding and when is the appropiate time to stop it

No need to worry
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Take a good care of your baby
Give adequate feeding
Offer different varieties of food
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana etc
