Hi. My son is 1 year and 2 months old. Following is his diet everyday: 5:30 AM - 120 ml formula milk 10:30 AM - daal, carrot, beans, beat, sweet potato and boiled egg puree with ghee in a mixie machine. 12:30 PM - Home made fruit juice like oranges or apple or pomegranate 2:30 PM - Rice ,daal, sweet potato puree in a mixie machine 6:00 PM - Rice and 90 ml formula milk puree in a mixer machine 9:30 PM - Rice, daal, sweet potato, boiled egg with ghee in a mixie machine 11:30 PM - 240 ml formula milk He is still into puree and cannot eat solids. Does gagging or vomit if we give solids. He was eating Cerelac stage 10 and 12 months like wheats with vegetables and fruit but we stopped as we wanted to move to home made foods. Can you please let me know if this diet is fine. He is 9.5 Kgs, 76 cms tall and is very active. Also any paediatric dietetian in Salt Lake area of Kolkata with whom we can consult.

A. Hello mom it is good that you are prefering home made fresh foods , would recommend to avoid mixie mashed or puree food , manually mash lightly not entriely . give her food from your plate aa she should be now on all family foods , prefer to introduce animal or plant source milk as no need of formula milk
