This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplefdments like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given fofr 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
massage her with Babyhug massage oil
don't use demineralized water for drinking
use simply purifed water having tds higher than 350
include more probiotics and seasonal fruits, in her diet
