Hi My son has infantia eczema I am applying atogla moisturiser and eumosone + vaseline I try to keep his skin moisturized everytime But its not getting better. Please suggest

A. It would be better that you start taking homeopathic treatment for the child and creams and medicines associated with that which she will give hundred percent to the child and if you are using the creams and still not shooting despite of your doctors advice you need to consult your doctor again
