hi, my son got red rashes like on his stomach and back from past two days back. we started applying lotion but no use.he is 5 months old. is there Any reason why he he gets like . please suggest

Hello ma’am I think you uploaded a picture which has. not been uploaded Without seeing it I really do not know with what kind of rashes are you talking about so mostly either it could be heat rashes or anything else so as of now you can apply Cetaphil lotion and if it helps in subsiding then good otherwise consult your doctor ones
