hi my son got motions( stools) 1 week back .. after 5 days nw motions are controlled bt from 3 days he is taking to much of water and he is going pees more ..is it ok?

The child may have been really dehydrated with motions so if your child is consuming water then that is very good as a child would be very well hydrated plus at the same time your child will frequently urinate because of the same but if you feel that urination is much higher than check with your doctor
