Q.
Hi my son fell down from 3 stairs and got hurt ar forehead redness was there then after 6 hours he starts vomiting and was dehydrated.then pantop was injected and is ok but feeds milk very slowly .what to do please help

Just monitor the behaviour of the child for another 24 hours if you see there is any discomfort a problem with your child and immediately connect with your doctor but as of now just give it some time you have to monitor the child closely then only anything for that can be understood if needed
