A. A baby's skin complexion is primarily determined by genetics, which includes the parents' genes that influence skin color. The baby's cuticles, which are the protective layers of skin around the nails, do not play a significant role in determining their overall skin complexion. Skin color is a complex trait influenced by various genetic factors. Cuticles are not a major factor in this process.
