Hi my son complete 5years but his nutrition is very low whatever I gave in lunch didn't eat what to do he get tired

A. Hello my dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s daily diet. Consult your doctor for any vitamins and nutritional deficiencies . Good luck and take care.
