Hi. My son 8 months 17 days old, he is suffering from motions from last two days, and because of continuous use of wipes to clean the potty, he got rashes (skin is removed π₯Ί). please suggest some good diaper rash cream, please π

at first ,stop using diapers for now.
prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes instead of it.
apply coconut oil or rashtin cream on Rashes.
keep that area clean and dry.
maintain good hygiene.

Shraddha VisariyaMom of a 5 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. 1. Use Huggies and change it as frequently as possible but atleast in 3 4 hours do change.
2. Use any wipes but don't use water over it again.
3. everytime u change diaper apply coconut oil.
4. Take him to pediatrics they will give ointment to fast recovery. rash creams won't show much effect in this condition.
