Hi my self dolly Christian today 9 months starting in my pregnancy,my twins pregnancy in baby weight 1 kg 200 gm ,so please suggest me in weight growth, i have only one placenta.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl2 days agoA. Maam you should have one of proteins in the diet that’s only thing that will help in gaining weight if it does because both your kids are quite underweight as of now but you should definitely try taking good proteins fats and carbs in your diet
