Q.

hi.. my pulse rate is always between 95 to 105.. I read that normal range is lower than this.. my age is31 years.. plz tell is it ok.

A. The normal range is 60 to 100 for adults. don't worry about the heart rate it will again increase heart rate. be cool and meditate and try to take the count it will reduce when you are at rest. thank you
