Hi my period cycle is approx 22 days....last period date was 21/01/2022 when should I test for pregnancy ? please guide me

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. if you have regular periods you can check for urine pregnancy test after 20 days of your periods last month and if you are trying for pregnancy e have good nutritious diet and adequate water intake along with regular daily walking
